The Blog life
So sorry for the lack of updates!
Have you ever had a feeling that sometimes a part of your life is finishing and something new is beginning?
I was talking with a friend about a particular blog that I really liked reading, but hadn't seen a post on for over a year or so, and she said something that I was starting to understand myself-
Blogs have lives. Some have longer lives than others. Some have shorter lives.
I've been feeling lately that my blog is supposed to be on the "shorter life" side.
This blog has been many great things for me:
I've learned a lot about myself.
Its helped me become a better person.
I live a healthier lifestyle because I kept this blog.
I've been able to connect with people who have similar interests/concerns/feelings that I do.
I've grown to love cooking, baking, and making food healthier for my family.
I've learned that I can do more than I ever thought was possible!
These skills have allowed me to be a better mother, wife, and person.
Although I know I will always keep learning, and I will always strive to become better in all aspects of my life.
I'm not going to end this blog per se, but for now, I think it is going to take a rest. Who knows, I may need it again after this baby is born. But for now, I'm taking a break. A break I knew was coming, but didn't really want to face. I may still post here and there, but not like I did before. I feel it is time to focus on personal journaling and supporting others in different ways than this blog.
This may not be the end, but is certainly a new beginning... one that I am most excited to start.
Until next time!
