30 weeks down, 10 to go!
This is me today:
30 weeks preggo and feelin it! 153 pounds. 24 gained since I became pregnant. Not bad. |
I'm on track with my goals for the most part-
I'm eating healthy (with the occasional sweet treat, sometimes daily... but they are healthier sweet treats, so it can't be that bad right????).
I'm still exercising 5-6 days a week 30 min-1 hr. I know its healthy for me to make exercise an almost daily occurance. I know I would have a lot less energy if I didn't, especially chasing after a potty-training two year old! I also know that if I stop it will be hard to start back up later, which is a good motivator. And, I also know that if I continue on, it will hopefully be a little bit easier to bounce back. As soon as the dr gives to okay after this baby is born, I'm hitting it HARD- I would lie if I didn't say I want my old skinny body back! I can't wait to be able to move and run and jump and keep up with everyone else! But, right now I'm trying to enjoy the good things about being pregnant. Its a pretty special thing, and I am glad I get to experience carrying another child from my Heavenly Father. Can't wait to meet this girl!
