This weeks goal

After a very fun thanksgiving holiday and lots of overeating and sweets I am more of a sweetaholic then I was before.  I became conditioned just in those two weeks to want a sweet as soon as my girls went to bed and the adults either stayed up to play a game or to watch a show on tv.  There is one thing I am proud of though, they had bought cheesecake factory cheesecake from Sams and my sister in law started reading the label and said that little piece of cheesecake was 500 calories and I said that was too much so instead had some frozen yogurt that we had bought that was 90 calories for 1/2 cup.   Even if I had more, it still would not equal 500.  I felt so proud!

As sweets as my topic I am going back to oneof Michael Pollan's food rules which is

 "Treat treats as treats and only have them on days that start with S."

Thiss is so hard to do especially during the holidays, but I'll do it because I need to do it.  Who wants to do this with me?  Strength in numbers right? 

Okay, I'm going to do it I will.  I will I will.
