Tomorrow I'm leavin!

I'm SOOOOOO EXCITED!  I get to fly to CA to visit my family for 2 1/2 weeks!!!!!!  AWESOME!  I can't wait to see my family.  Here is my simple trip gameplan-

1. Plan what I am going to eat during travel tomorrow.  We am bringing all of our food, so I don't spend money on airport food.  That will insure that I eat healthier too. 
2. Bring my food journal so that I can write down EVERYTHING I eat.  I seem to be more accountable and more in control when I write everything I eat. 
3.  Exercise 5-6 days a week (preferably six...).
4. When we go out to eat, choose wisely-do whatever I need to to figure out what is teh healhtiest item on the menu for me to get.
5. Remember that I need to be moderate in all things I eat.  I shouldn't eat tons and tons of sweets, but I am not going to deny myself them either.
6. Be prudent in my choices and actions so  I do not regret what I do. 

I may or may not be posting during my vacation.  Almost a positive it won't be as frequent, but I wil lstay iun touch, and maybe even share some more recipes!
