February in Review

Yesterday when I posted my goals for March I forgot to say how I did in February.

Do a yoga class once a week:
I was super shy and nervous about starting a new class, so didn't try a yoga class until last friday.  Better late than never right?  I absolutely loved the class  and can't wait till my kiddos get better from their cold so that I can do it again!

Try a new grain:
Failed. I bought Spelt in February, so does that count?  I even ground some for that whole white flour that I talked about the other day.  I'm planning on using it tomorrow for my dutch oven pancakes and I'm so excited!

Eating Healthy:
I did do better at moderation for the most part.  This is an area I continue to strive for growth and I feel I'm doing pretty good.

Looking forward for my March Goals!  We will see how I do!
