there is no easy way

We are bombarded EVERY day with weightloss gimmics and stratagies that promise things like "Lose 15 pounds in a week and keep it off with this weight loss shake" Or just take this pill and you will lose 100 pounds in 1 month!". They may indeed help you lose weight immediately but the moment you stop taking the pills or drinking magic shakes, or eating meals sent to your door you gain the weight back. What I am learning is that it takes more than that. It is always about control. It is always about learning healthy ways to cook meals and healthy ways to eat. It is always about eating right and exercising. That is the only way. When you eat well and exercise regularly the weight will come off. It may take longer than you want but it will happen. Just think of it as having time to gain control over your body and mind. There is no easy way out. It is not meant to be easy. If it was easy then everyone would not care about gaining weight because they could lose it in a pinch. Its meant to be hard because the harder the thing you accomplish the better the person you become.
