More Positive!

Yay!  From last week, I lost 2 pounds!  Hard work so pays off, and I am glad I got back into it again.  Now, hopefully this control will help me keep control next week when I leave for CA (I get to be there for 2 1/2 weeks! YAY!).  I hope I can keep control while I am there.  Just eat smart.  That's what I want.  Just eat smart while I am home. 

This is how I have been eating smart this week:  Instead of having two snacks during the day, I save the calories from one snack (my morning one, meaning I have breakfast a little later...), and eat that snack after the girl goes to bed.  Why didn't I think of that before????  That way, I am eating the same amount of calories as I would eating my snacks earlier, I'm just not consuming the extra calories I would if I were eating an extra snack at night, like I am so prone to.  YAY!  I just like to have a little treat before bed (lately its been pudding...).  So yummy!  Okay, sorry I just really excited!  Hard work really does pay off!!!!!!

I do that too- eat breakfast later so I can have an evening snack. I love sitting down after the boys go to bed for a little treat. Good for you this week!
