Moving forward

I'm so excited to get down to business!  Its going to be hard, but completely worth it!

Here are my goals:
  • Get back to pre-pregnancy weight of 125- when, I don't know, I just want to get there.
  • Push myself in my workouts and become stronger than I was pre-pregnancy.
  • I'd like to look like Jillian Michaels-the strong and cut part, I like how I like besides that :)
  • Eat healthier- get lots of fruits and veggies, tons of protein, and whole grains.  Eat less sweets.
  • Try and sleep when I can, I have a tendency to miss napping when I should because of other things that need to be done, so I need to work on that.
  • Listen to my body.
  • Last but not least, be an awesome mom!

Yay! My pregnancy mentor!!! I'm happy you are back on your blog! :) I'll be checking in for some inspiration to keep active and healthy during pregnancy #2! Post any advice you like... :)
