Wowsers!

My body is shaking and tired but my endorphins are hi. I just finished a Jillian Michaels dvd.  My body can tell I haven't used that dvd in 10 months!  Today marks the six weeks of my daughters life.  I can't believe she's already that old!  We are loving life-the long nights, diaper changes, and sisters adjusting to each other.  Its just wonderful!  Week two I started walking-more like strolling but I was itching to move.  Week three I started very moderate strength training. The last few weeks I've been doing what I had basically been doing at the end of my pregnancy.  Yesterday my dr. gave me the go ahead to go full throtle with my exercise routine.  She knew I exercised right up to the day I had the baby so I don't think she was worried I would do something crazy because my body is used to it.  My whole mantra the last few weeks was "Listen to your body".  Today I felt like I could do a Jillian Michaels dvd and I did and it was wonderful.  I'm tired but that's what exercise does, it makes your body work, and when you push yourself you become stronger.  It feels great!
