130s!
Wahoo! I'm in the 130s! Go Alisa! Go Alisa! I'm barely there but I'm there! My scale read 139.5 lbs this morning. Such good news! I only have 10 lbs to go til i'm at my pre-preggo weight and around 15 till my goal weight. It seems more attainable now that I'm so close.
I just need to keep doing what I'm doing! I'm going to work hard at staying awawy from dessert during the week days. Its my goal to only have sweets on days that start with S for this month and I will do it, even if that means turning down FHE treats-fudgy brownies and homemade peanut butter ice cream- tonight in exchange for a homemade fruit smoothie (milk, fruit, and walnuts). *tear. But, I will survive! Having lost some weight is a great motivation.
It would be great to get to 135 by my oldestdaughters 3rd b-day which is the 18th, 2 weeks away. Thats two pounds each week, so if it happens great, if not, by the end of the month would be nice! Time will tell. Just do what I do!
What are your goals, or triumphs for this week so far?
Ps. I used that white wheat blend in my brownies and waffles this weekend-success.
I used it in the dutch oven pancakes- failure. They did not puff up like I'd hoped. Still on the lookout for a whole grain that will work how I like. it was worth a shot!
