Yay

Its not even a question now. We have a schedule and we stick to it. Last night was four miles. We ran it and it was easy.

-Never thought I would see my self type that.

Probably could have ran 5 but didn't. Will wait till sat. If this doesn't help me lose weight than I don't know what will

I just want to keep cheering you on. I'm the cross country coach this year and I know how hard it is to stay motivated. Keep it up!

That's awesome! Great Job! When I was in high school I don't remember loosing weight during cross country season but I got really lean. I was in the best shape from running...compared to soccer season when I got bulky. So, don't get discuraged. I think it's more important to be healthy then what number the scale says.

Thanks! When I was in my second year of college I went running 6 days a week and did 40 minutes of pilates each of those days and lost twenty-five pounds by the end of the semester. So, if it did it then than I think it will help now. We have a jogging stroller and that helps because we can take Kinsey with us.
