Healthy Snack Mix

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this snack mix.  I don't remember if I posted this before, so here it is again if I did. 

Seasoned Snack Mix:
adapted from Taste of Home Guilt Free Cooking

3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Corn Chex
3 cups Cheerios
3 cups pretzels
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt (I used Mrs Dash)

1. In a jelly roll baking pan, combine cereals and pretzels.  Lightly coat with cooking spray; drizzle with the Worcestershire sauce.  Combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over the cereal mixture.
2. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.  Cool completely and store in a airtight container. 

Serving size: 1 cup
115 calories per cup.

O0oh i have been wanting this recipe for a while now, just keep on forgetting to look it up. My grandma made this all the time growing up, i should send some to my dad....he would so love the memories and yummies. :) thanks my dear!
