Starting it slow
Because it has only been four weeks since I had the baby I am not to partake in any high intensity workout, says the Dr. So, I have decided to take it slow by stretching and walking every day. I did this yesterday and felt AMAZING afterwards because I had begun the process. I was no longer just wishing for a healthier me but I became active in achieving my goal. No more wishing for me. I am going to MAKE it happen!
