Almost missed my run this morning, and it almost made me mad...

Okay, so, usually I run with my hubby in the evenings because I don't like to run alone and I don't like to run while having to push the babe in the stroller, but today I had to run this morning so that I could go to a relief society activity this evening. I was so stoked to get my circuit training done before ten (never happens!) and the baby and I left shortly thereafter to go to the park for a four miler. We get there, I take the stroller out, put the baby it, and lock the doors. Suddenly it starts raining! It is cold today, and even without that fact, I would not run with the baby in the rain. So, I called my husband, while fuming because I felt like I was totally on top of things and was there ready to go, and complained about my situation in a angry voice, and he said calmingly, "Qhy don't you wait for a few minutes and see if it stops?" Right after that I kept on complaining, then he said he had to go. I sat there for awhile trying to decide what to do. Not ten minutes later it stopped raining! What a smart husband I have! I preceeded to take k out of the car and put her in the stroller, again, and I took a leap of faith and started running praying the ENTIRE time to Heavenly Father telling him that I did not care if it rained the moment I put her in the car, just let it not rain now. And, although it threatened, no rain! I love living in the South but at the same time you never know when it is going to rain. Its hard to plan that way sometime. Anyway, I am glad that I was able to run! It feels good to have my exercising complete for the day. I would lie if I said I love exercising, but at least I don't lothe it right now. I am really liking the way it is making me look. I put on one of my favorite shirts today and it was really loose! That is how I know that I am losing weight, or at least inches! Hard work really does pay off!!!!!!
