You are what you eat cookbook:over 150 healthy and delicious recipes by Gillian McKeith. Gillian McKeith is a nutritionist in England who has a show on BBC America called "You are what you Eat". I LOVE THAT SHOW! I watch it all of the time.

Biggest Loser Family Cookbook

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE cooking and baking. I have enjoyed what I have been eating so far (from the Jillian Michaels online program) but I want more things to choose from. I bought a cookbook I like from Tastes of Home called Guilt- Free Cooking. It has calorie counts and all other nutritional counts you could want for the recipes which is good. I like it a lot so far. I made cookies last week that were 64 calories a cookie! Not bad, but I want more cookbooks that have healthy options.
