My pyramid

I went onto Mypyramid.gov yesterday to figure out what I needed to do to make sure I get all the necessary nutrition I need to during the day. It is a great tool to use and I recommend it to all.

Hey! I love this idea, and it is very inspiring. Obviously, being preggo, I don't have any weight loss goals, but I do need LOTS of inspiration to exercise, so I welcome having support in that! Good luck with your goals!

Oh, also, the way I lost 50 lbs after I had Miya was by using a mini trampoline and doing a workout on that regularly. Also, I kind of followed a slim-fast diet, but that doesn't work for lactose intolerant people. Anyway, if you want to borrow my tramp and video it makes for a great indoor exercise, and I won't be using it during my pregnancy.
