Rewards

I am a firm believer in having rewards for good behavior. My husband decided to give me one. We have lately discovered a new drink called Vitaminwater. It is really good! Its kind of like gatorade in that it is flavored, but it is not nearly as sugary and surupy, so it is ten times better! My husband came home last night after going to walmart and he brought me home one of each flavor of the vitamin water. He said that each time I go for a walk I can have a vitamin water. What a good reward! It is short term too. I get to try all of them and see what flavors I like. What a wonderful husband! He is so supportive!

Another reward that I have just thought of is a goal outfit. Yes, for all of you Biggest Loser fans, I got this idea from them. On the episode last night thye all tried on their goal outfits and they all fit in them, so I think I am going to get a goal outfit to fit in once I have lost all of this weight. I hope that athis helps me stay on track!
