My wishlist

Something that I just found out about and that I want when I cancel the Jillian Michaels program (which I will in thirteen weeks) is the book called: The CalorieKing Calorie, Fat and Carbohydrate Counter. Its a bood that has calorie counts for many foods and over 200 fast food restaurants, so I can still make educated food choices even when I cancel this program. I really like the program but I am not will to pay 52 dollars every thirteen weeks to continue it. So, this will help me with that.

Great tip! I have been going through a million calorie counter books, trying to see which would be the best and wishing I could just get an I phone with a calorie counter App.... I will check this book out! Thanks!
