Oh man!

Today has been good. I did circuit training for 50 minutes and I ran four miles! All told, that is 1016 calories burned today!!!!!! Since I started this jillian michaels diet I lost two pounds (as of last Friday), I have not gone over my calories (even though I ate a cinnamon roll or two over the weekend), and I feel absolutely awesome! I can tell that this is paying off. Yay!!!! i am so serious about losing weight and being healthy that I know it will happen now. WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
