Harder than I thought

Remember that goal on Monday that I made? The one to eat only when you are hungry?  I have a problem.  I like to eat.  It doesn't matter when, I just like to eat, even when I am not hungry.  Hopefully today will be better.  I hope I can start listening to my body a little bit better.

What do you to to help you eat only when you are hungry?

P.S.  I'm going to post a yummy chili recipe later today, so keep your eyes peeled!

my new trick is pop corn, the sugar free, butter free etc. just pop corn, its like eating air. So i get to eat..no calories

I try to distract myself by doing something that keeps my hands busy. I love to read, but that doesn't work for a distraction - since I love a good book and a snack.
