A good run

Last night we ran 4 miles and it was a good run. I decided as we started that I wanted to run it faster that normal so we did. We ran three 12 minute miles and one 11 minute mile which is a good change from the 13 minute miles we had been doing. Yay! Our plan tonight is to run 6 miles with each mile being 11-12 minutes long. Wish us luck!!!!!!!

I did pilates this morning and feel great!!!! Yay for pilates!

Oh, ya. I lost two more pounds too! Yay!!!!!!!!
