No more binge eating

Something that I have always had a hard time is binge eating. I just like to eat and I used to eat ALL OF THE TIME. You know, just grab a snack here and there. Well, that adds up. My meals have become smaller (without me controlling it much) and my snacking has come way down. I really only snack once during the day (in the afternoon). I think exercise really helps with that. I eat a ton less sugar. I just don't have those cravings anymore. Now I crave salads and veggies and sweet potatoes. It is great!!!!! I love having my fruit smoothies too! Yum yum! I also don't eat very many processed foods and we hardly ever go out to eat. Woohoo! Life is good. I can tell that I am losing weight. My body is looking a lot different! My goal is getting closer! Woohoo!
