Jump Rope

Today I bought a jump rope. Do you want to know why? Because it burns a lot of calories to jump rope. They say you can burn up to 200 calories in 15 minutes. I did a little bit tonight and its true. It is a really, really good workout. I only did it for 10 or so minutes just to see what it was like and it was fun. It brought me back to my days in 2nd grade when I jump roped every day at recess. SO MUCH FUN!!!!! So, I think jump roping is going to become a part of my regimin. I mean, my arms are kind of tired. Its a full body work out I think. SO EXCITED!
