Felt inspired
So, I know that we have all had those days that we did not feel like working out. I especially have ALWAYS had those days. Well, today was one of those days. I decided early in the day that because I wasn't feeling well, with thte sore throat and all, I would not workout to let myself have some rest. Throughout that day I was trying to stay busy and did pretty well, just ignoring myself getting sick, and I have hardly felt it. As I watched one of my favorite shows, The Biggest Loser (well, favorite in that it helps people lose weight, not some much the drama part), and was inspired to do my workout. I did not workout for as long as normal (only 40 minutes, usually its more than an hour) because it is now 10 pm (I started a little after nine). But, man, am I grateful I did it! Some is better than nothing!
We missed our run tonight because the baby was being super cranky. She would not let us put her down at all. So, we stayed home. Tomorrow we are making up for it. Then we will run on Thursday and finally on Saturday is the race! Yes! It feels so close!
