Much Better

I did SOOOOOO much better today!  I counted my calories for every meal except for dinner, where I just let myself have a little bit of leway.  On vacation you are supposed to have some fun right?  I also figured that my reunion with Jillian Michaels (I have not used her DVDS in a few months, was taking a break) made it so I could be a little bit more lenient-I did burn over 800 calories!  At least that is what my watch said.  Sweet!  So, I don't feel so bad about yesterday.  It was one day.  It was nice to be back in control today though.  Writing down EVERYTHING I ate really, really, really helped.  I suggest that to anyone, even if you are not going on vacation.  I think I will always write down what I eat because it will keep me accountable. 

Okay, I have been turning around the idea of posting what I eat, if only on my vacation, and if you guys want me to I will.  What do you think?  It will certainly keep me more accountable, that is for sure!
