Sweet Dude!

Yet another successful day on the vacation!  I wrote EVERYTHING down that I ate, I exercised (an am now sore, thanks Jillian), and I resisted having a snack right before bed.  Even sweeter!  I tell ya, the key is writing things down.  Really, it helps SOOOOO much!  Last night I kind of had a slight dilemma.  My family wanted to go to Farmer Boys!  That is not the healthiest place on the earth.  Most of the stuff would give me a stomach ache.  My mom asked me if that was okay, and I told her I would find out.  Please let them have nutritional information online.  PLEASE!  So, I went online, and they did!  They even had stuff that was low-calorie!  Ya dude!  I got the Char-broiled Chicken Salad at 400 calories. They even had light Italian dressing, forty cals.  SCORE!  Glad I looked at that nutritional information and planned ahead what I wanted to eat.  It saved me  I think.
