Day 1 of Treats on days that start with S and a slight blunder
Yesterday night when my husband pulled out his ice cream I gave in and had a bite. Mind you, it was only a bite, but then it was still a bite.
This is going to be harder than I thought. But, today is a new day. I said no the the candys/or leftover texas sheet cake (what I made on Sunday for dessert. YUMMY!) at my husbands work (we got subway and met my husband for lunch). I will say no tonight when my husband probably takes out his ice cream again. I can do it. I will simply be satisfied with the snack I will have instead, like a fruit smoothie, or some cereal with milk and applesauce (one of my FAVORITE SNACKS EVER!) and call it good.
Writing down everything I eat really helps, but I hope that some day I will be able to get past that and master food to the point of trusting myself to make the right choice of what to eat without counting my calories all of the time and recording what I eat all of the time.
How are you doing on your goals for this week???

In LDS Living, I read today that in a study by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine that people who slept less than 8 hours gained 2.9 lbs in 11 days!
No thanks!
