Easy Peasy Baked Chips

Last Sunday we made Enchilada's (from trainermomma's website, I use a TON of her recipes.  Check them out, they are simple and yummy!) and my husband wanted chips and queso dip with them (we don't have queso dip or chips often so I thought that would be okay) and so I said chips are fine, but I wanted them to be baked, so I decided that we would try them with normal corn tortillas and see what happened.  The outcome was wonderful and I greatly regret not taking ANY pictures.  I am getting horrible at that!  But, none-the-less they were tasty little guys.  And, guess what?  THEY ARE SUPER EASY!  YAY for easy food!
All you need is:
corn tortillas
pam spray (I used pam. canola spray, but it doesn't matter, any pam-type spray will do)
Seasoning or salt

Preheat you oven to 500 degrees.

Take the corn tortillas and spray eat side with pam.  Cut the tortillas into chip-sized pieces (I think we cut each tortilla into 8 chips).  Place on a pan and sprinkle with salt or other favorite seasoning.

Bake for 4-5 minutes until the chips crisp up with nice golden brown spots on them.

Eat!  They are so easy and so good, and almost half the calories at the chips from the store.

16 chips (if the tortillas are cut into 8 pieces each) comes out to 90 calories (the same amount it would be had you just eaten 2 corn tortillas-the pam adds little or no calories!).

Oh try it.  Please do!  Let me know what you think!
