Back down

Kristi must be right. Because I was careful yesterday with what I ate and I am back down to my 162 weight. That is awesome! I probably should not check my weight more than once a week but it is hard not to. I am figuring out that it is all about budgeting your calorie intake. I ate more calories on Wednesday so yesterday I ate less than usual and I am okay. Scott and i are going on a date tonight and I hope that I will make good choices while we are at dinner!

I have to agree that it's not good to check your weight every day....one a week is good. Perhaps you should put your scale in a place where you could only check once a week. Maybe at a friends house, or at scott's work....just a suggestion. I think people get to cought up in the number and less about being healthy.
