Running update
Last night we ran SIX miles. Normally we would do our next big run on Saturdays but this week we had to do it yesterday because this saturday we will be on a facation in D.C. and will not have time for an hour + run so we did it last night. By the sixth mile my hip, knees, and ankles were all hurting (we had to push on the last mile because we needed to make our goal of 13 minute miles, I know I am slow but it is hard to run fast especially for distance running, I blame it on the shortness really). We ran the last mile in 11 minutes so that we could make our goal of 13 minute miles. It was a really good pace and we made it exactly on time! It felt good to run. I was SOOOOOOO exausted last night. We figured that next week when we are scheduled to run 8 miles we are going to have to ask someone to watch Kinsey (she was losing her patience by the end of our run). She likes when we run but it took us around an hour and 18 minutes last night. Anyway, we are getting closer. It actually feels good to have our long run over by the week. Tonight is 4 and then 3 on Thursday and Friday. We are still trying to get our four runs in for the week before we go to D.C for the weekend. Feels good to be accomplishing my goal and I am DEFINATELY noticing a difference in my BODY. I may not be loosing a ton of weight YET but I am gaining muscle. It makes my feel so good aobut myself. Plus, my behind is so tight now!!!! haha :)

Also, are you following a program or just working up gradually on your own? I would love to try to follow the same one, as it seems to be working super well for you!
