Getting Back on Track

I must confess that I have not been good this week when it has come to counting my calories. I kind of got off track when my parents were here and it is kind of hard to get back on track. So, I have made a goal to myself to be super good with counting calories this week. Working out is not the problem. Counting calories is hard to stick with. I am going to do better this week. Instead of logging my food onto the website I am doing, maybe I should do it in a notebook. I am having a hard time remembering the amount of calories in foods. That would help me a great deal I think. I will let you know of my progress as the week goes by! Hope you all have a fantastic, healthy, and goal-oriented week!

When I was counting carbs with gestational diabetes it was easier to write it down in a notebook. I don't know if the physical act of writing it down made it more "real" for me, but I think it's a good idea. Good luck this week.
