So finished!

Today was the day! I ran 13.1 miles on a VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY hilly course. I will post pictures later. But, I just want to say that it was awesome that we did it! We finished the run! Our time was 2:28 minutes! So a mixture of 11 minute miles and 12 minute miles, but mostly eleven minute miles. I was absolutely elated! We finished and we finished pretty strong. I feel so good because I finished. My lengthy goal is complete. Now, I need to figure out another goal that will also help me with my weightloss goals. Let me know if you have any ideas, and they can seem impossible! -This one sure did before today!

AMAZING!!!!! You did it! I am sooo proud of you! I can't imagine running ONE eleven minute mile - let alone a bakers dozen!!!! I hope you realise how truly amazing you are! Anyone that has that muxg mental and physical stamina can do anything!!!!!

I was thinking about you yesterday... Looks like the sore throat didn't get the better of you. Looking for a new fitness goal? Ooo,ooo! I have a fun one: triathlon. Don't even say, it ... I've heard all the excuses (can't swim, no bike, etc.). It's time to tri, lady! Start with a sprint length, then over time you could even go to the very doable Olympic length. It is a BLAST!
