Chunky-Potato Crab Chowder


I tried this recipe last night on my husband and my good friend Emily. They loved it, and I loved it! I look forward to eating the leftovers for lunch today! It is under 300 calories! It was so good! I suggest to anyone to make it, especially if you love potatoes, and crab. My husband said that this is definitely on the have often dinner list. I am hungry just thinking about it. I don't know if I've had a better soup. And, on the recipe it calls for fresh parsely, but I did not have any, so I just did about a 1/2 tsp of cilantro. It tasted just fine. Anyway. Try it.
