So far so good
This is my second day home and so far I have done really well. We have eaten out three times already and I brought my handy dandy Eat This Not That book and consulted it as we were at the restaurants. I managed to have meals at around 300 to 500 calories each time we went out! Sweet! Love that book. I knew it would save my life while I was here because my family likes to go out to eat. So, I am very proud of myself. I also have exercised both days. Yesterday was the first day I ran 3 miles for the first time after my half-marathon. It felt like I was still training. It was wonderful, especially running in the warmer weather. Today I did a Jillian Michaels DVD. So, feelin good. Doin good. I have to avoid some family members like the plague though. My dad had the flu. Then my brother got it. Now my mom has it. I have to go make them some chicken noodle soup. Yum!
