started again

Yesterday I started calorie counting again. I did not like the website that I have been using, the EverydayHealth.com so I just kind of stopped counting. And, I was tired of counting calories. It is just not fun. After once again having the help of the trainermomma's blog, I found thedailyplate.com . Yesterday and today I have counted my calories and it feels great! yay!!!! I discovered that eating a serving of oatmeal with a serving of fruit, milk, and 3 egg whites is lower calories then 1 1/2 pieces of toasts with a serving of chocolate milk, and 3/4 of a banana and the first breakfast is more filling. I had the second breakfast today. I will have the other, more balanced breakfast more often... It was nice to have that realization today.
