I Kicked that workout's-
behind today, or it kicked mine... Either way I finished the workout tired and covered in sweat. I had to remind myself over and over that this week was hard workout week. There are good things and bad things about this hard workout week. One good thing: I can tell a difference in my energy, my stress, and how I feel because of my hardwork outs this week. I know, your probably thinking, you have not even been doing it for a week! or You do those workouts all of the time, how can you feel different? I have taken the challenge to do the hard version of each exercise in the workout to make it the most effective. I have also noticed a change in my body this week. Which is always a good thing! Hopefully the scale will agree with me tomorrow. Wish me luck!
