Swingin it

Yesterday and today I have been getting back into the swing of things. On Sunday I was quite indulgent with my eating as it was Valentines day. I will say I did eat mostly healthy things, except for some milk chocolate candy the hubby bought for me, I just did not count calories. I vowed to be perfect this week when I count calories. Yesterday was good. I ate 1292 calories. I even counted a chocolate into my calorie intake. I think that as long as I stay in my calorie range, it is fine to eat something more fun every now and again. Today I expect to do around the same, maybe a little less. We shall see how I feel as the day goes on. My new favorite thing to eat is grape nuts. I don't eat it with milk, but I do have it with snacks and stuff. It adds a little bit of crunch, as well as more fiber, which is definitely what I need during this stressful, trying-to-finish-school time.

So, today I am swingin it trying to get back into my grove...
