oh the stress
I bet everyone has those times that they are just stressed out. You don't get enough sleep. You don't get half of the things done in the day that you want. It is stressful. That has been my life right now. Well, yesterday I was reminded of yet another thing that helps destressing my life. We cleaned our house because my mother-in-law is coming for a visit. It feel so good to have it clean!!!!!! When I de-clutter the house, and clean the bathrooms and the kitchen, my mind becomes less full of clutter. I went to bed knowing that the second my very curious 11 month old will get out all of her toys, pull out all of the movies, and pull everything out of the diaper bag, at least for a little while our house was clean. That gave me great comfort and great calm to my mind. I definately recommend cleaning house for anyone who is stressed. Very theraputic.
