Vacation Preperations

Hey again!  Well, onto vacation/holiday staying healthy plan.  Basically it is just what I have been doing.

1.Write everything down I eat.
2.  Only eat when I am hungry and do not over eat.
3. Exercise most days of the week (6 days is optimal)
4. Don't beat myself up if I make a mistake, and just pick myself and work just as hard as I did before.
5.  Be smart about my food choices.

I'm so excited to spend time with the hubbies family!  It will be fun!  The girly and I get to be there for two weeks!  I get to spend my bday with them (only 4 days away!  WOW!  Time flies!).  I asked to make my birthday dinner on Sunday (the whole fam, the ones in town,  gets together for bdays on Sunday to celebrate!) and have asked to make Homemade Pizza, and Carrot Cake (another trainermomma recipe, Trainermomma.com) for it!  I can't wait!  Love spending time with family so it will be super fun!  If I remember I my goals and keep to them, it will be a fun holiday!  I may or may not write anything while I am gone.  We shall see.  And after Christmas, around the 29th, we move to Indiana, so if you don't hear anything from me till the middle of January, don't despair.  I'll be back.  I just got a new soup cookbook from my friend that I am dying to try, and since I will be living in the frozen tundra I will want to eat soup a lot, so stay tuned for soup recipes coming to a blog near you this January!  YAY!

Happy Holidays!
