Work party done

I survived!  Well, sort of.  I didn't have dessert like I said I was not going to.  I made pudding for myself afterwards, the sugar free kind.  YUM.  But... there were chips right in front of me.  I shouldn't have even started, but at least I stopped before the bowl was empty.  That counts for something!  Right?  All in all, I probably could have done better, but I feel like I did pretty well.  I wish the food tasted better, it was not that good at all, but overall I feel okay about it. 

I feel pretty in-control now.  This week has been a lot better than last week.  Life is good, I feel great, and its so much easier to say no to food!  YAY!  This is party weekend though.  Tomorrow my friend and our families are getting together because she wanted to celebrate my bday before we go (its next week!  I'll be 24!  CRAZY!).  So there's that, then on Sunday other friends are having us over for Sunday dinner, and I am pretty sure I can survive each.  YAY!
