Even though I did not want to

Even though I did not want to, I exercised anyway. Sorry for the upteen posts today. I was going to delete my last post because I said that I was just not going to workout because it was almost 9:30 at night. Well, afterwards I quickly convinced myself (and with the help of the intelligent reasoning of my husband) I decided to go ahead and workout even though it was late. I figured that if I pushed it off tomorrow there was no guarantee it would get done. So, with that, I decided to do a the metabolism booster dvd. I hated every minute of it-its harder to workout late at night- but at the end I am glad I did it. Now, it is shower time and bed time.

Just remember this valuable lesson that I learned tonight, its better to workout today then wait tomorrow because there never is a guarantee that tomorrow you will get it done.

Good for you for doing it!!!! I agree, it is hard at night but still worth it!
