I hate this!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE being at my parents house. These are the things I don't like:
1. I don't like the fact that my daughter is up at four a.m. because she is still used to North Carolina time. I am tired! This has been happening EVERY DAY since we have been here. Argh.
2. All the treats everywhere in the house. I gave most of my candy away on Christmas, so I don't have to worry about that so much. It is just that since last week there have just been treats EVERY WHERE. In plain sight. Why do they do this to me? Its not that I even binge per say. A little treat here. A little treat there. I am SICK and TIRED of my tummy feeling bloated every day. Darn desserts!
3. I HATE that I can't say no. We had an open house for my brother last night because he came home from his 2 year mission. Of course there was lots of treats. I had one of a few. There were veggies and fruits and I had those. I did make healthier snacks: Almond-Cranberry-Chocolate Clusters (o so yummy), but I had a few of those. Why could I just not say no? Now I sit here with my tummy bloated and hurting. Sugary foods don't do well with me but I eat them anyway...
4. How I can say no. If anyone has any ideas how I can be good this week even though there are treats gelore at my parents house let me know, because obviously I am not having an easy time with it. I need to re-evaluate my eating today. How do I eat healthy when everyone else is not?????? ITS SO DIFFICULT!

I wish I had advice, but I don't.... I luckily havn't gained any weight but I certainly am not losing either, and I am WAY behind on my training. So remember this, when you are tempted by a treat -" at least I am doing better than Kristi"! ;) LOL - Love you and keep up the great job! Regardless of what you think, you ARE doing awesome!
