Shorter Goal

So, the last few days it just feels like I have lost sight of this weightlosing thing. I am just not feeling syked about it. I know I have lost weight and love it. Obvioulsy I have some more I want to lose. So I am going to make short goals to help me with my weightloss.

New weightloss goals: Lose 6 pounds by January first. That is 3 1/2 weeks to lose two pounds a week. I think I can do it. Six pounds by the New Year. That feels good. I can do it. Stay focused, stay focused...

I canceled the Jillian Michaels thing today. I have learned a lot from it. I don't want to pay another 52 dollars for another three months. I am doing well. I have good recipes. Love it. Now, I need to think of a healthy snack to take to our Christmas Relief Society party. We are supposed to bring all of our favorite Christmas snack, but all of my favorites from growing up are high sugar things... what to do, what to do...

I love it! For me shorter goals are the key if I think of how much I have to lose (or even how much I have to get done each day) I get bogged down.
