woot woot!

Guess what? I lost 1.5 pounds this week! Thanks to counting calories and exercising! This stuff works! After all of my pregnancies I will do exactly these things (and during them too, to make sure I don't gain more weight than I should!). It works. I am not using an expensive program. I am just doing it on my own, counting my calories and making sure I exercise. Love it! I am in the 130s now! I haven't seen that number for almost two years! Ya dude!

That's awesome! Great work! You are such a motivation for me. I'm not interested in counting calories but reading your blog does make me be more aware of what I'm eating.
