Hard workout week
This week I dubbed Hard workout week. Monday I did a hard weightlifting workout, yesterday I did a hard cardio workout (used the same dvds, just was more intense in them), and now its wednesday and I don't want it to be hard workout week anymore. I'm not looking forward to using hte heavier weights again today. But, because I have dubbed it Hard Workout week, and because I know I can do it, I will do it. And, hopefully I will like it. Yesterday was a good day as far as eating is concerned. I ate well, and my body felt well because of it.
Today is homemade bread making day. I have used the same recipe for about a year (from my mother-in-law) and I love it. It is actually very similar to the trainer mommas recipe.
