I'm so frustrated
I stepped on the scale full of hope this morning, and that hope was soon dashed. Nothing. Just nothing. WHY? I've exercised every day. I have eaten healthily. WHY? I know muscle weighs more than fat, and I know I have gained a lot of muscle since I have started this weight loss journey, but I know I still have quite a bit of fat to lose. This is so frustrated. I measured myself. Nothing. Why is this not working any more! Sorry, I am just so frustrated. I'm going to re-evaluate today and see what I need to do to make my weightloss continue. Okay, stay positive, just stay positive. I think I am going to have to repeat that mantra in my head all day, because saying it those two times is not really working.
