Kettlebells!
My sweet husband got me both a set of kettlebells and Jillian Michaels Shred it! with weights kettlebell workout! YAY! Today was my first time trying them, and they are awesome! It was nice to have a change in my workouts. I highly recommend using a kettlebell because its just another way weightlifting and cardio that works your body to help you reach your goals. Can't wait to continue using my kettlebells! YAY!!!
