WAHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning I have pulled the best number I have pulled in MONTHS! Literally months. I lost 1.5 pounds this week! Honestly I wasn't hoping for nearly that much! I'm so stinkin close to my goal, I can taste it! Its like a yummy chocolate gingersnap sitting in the middle of the table calling my name to eat it. I can see it, but I can't get to it yet. Hopefully someday in the near future I will. That would be WONDERFUL! I've changed my workout routine in the last few weeks. I work out in the evening now-during the tv shows that I usually just sit and watch. Now I workout and watch. It is lovely! That way, during the day I get more homework down (which is going swimmingly well. I feel very on top of things!). And the little girl is always in bed before then anyhow, so I don't have to worry about her waking up before her nap should be over. This will probably change when I am done with school, but for right now it works. I have also changed the workouts I do. I haven't touched my workout dvds in awhile. I do workouts I find online, either through trainermomma, or workouts I did when I was doing the Jillian Michaels program. I even do fitTV workouts. It has been nice to have the change. Maybe that is why I lost the 1.5 pounds!

I am so excited! It is all about setting your daily goals and making sure they get done. Don't overwhelm yourself. Start small, but make sure it gets done. My goals today are to finish Bio Lesson 7, do the picture book activity for week 4, write in my wiki for B321, and finally exercise. Exercise is always a must. It has become addicting, especially since I see the numbers of how many calories I burn. That helps me want to exercise everyday.
