Woops!

I should probably read through the recipes I post before I hit the "publish post" button.  If you are going to try the ranch dressing recipe, look at it again.  I forgot to say that you only use 2 tablespoons of the mix with 1 c yogurt and one cup buttermilk.  I would definitely not try using all of the mix.  That would be very yucky I think.  Sorry for my blunder.  I will be more careful next time!

*By the way, I had the ranch again yesterday, and it was even better!  It had time for all of the flavors to "marry" together, and it so tastes like ranch.  If you decide to make this for a dinner party or something, I would make it at least 24 hours ahead.

Healthy Update:  Everything is going well in the world of being healthy for my family.  Life has been busy but whose isn't?  Usually I will try and make a decent, take-your-time-dinner (or at least make it seem like it took my time), but last night we had BLTs.  Sometimes keeping it simple (especially with a truck load of homework, and hubby's softball game to go to, not to mention class at 7) is just better.  Scott was so excited.  I think he had 3 sandwiches?  Silly guy.  They can be healthy if you don't layer on the mayo, and are careful with your bacon choices (we use turkey bacon, although regular is not necessarily off limits, I just like Turkey Bacon).  Layer that lettuce and tomato on them- more veggies is always a good thing!  Anyhow, BLTs are good stuff.
