Exercise Ball revisited
On Saturday I decided to do my exercise ball workout. This time I did the 50 minute workout. Let me just tell you, I underestimated that workout, and the power of the exercise ball! Yesterday my booty and my hammies were so sore! My calves were sore! My arms were even a little sore! It was a GREAT workout! The only qualms I have is that it doesn't get my heart rate up that high, but man it is a good strength training workout! I think it is a great way to do something different and still get a decent exercise in. I highly recommend getting an exercise ball!
